CHAFES ADVISE HENRI LLOYD ON BRAWN GP DEAL

North West legal firm, Chafes Solicitors LLP, advised Manchester-based Henri Lloyd on its commercial partnership with the Brawn GP Formula One Team.
Under the partnership Henri Lloyd has become the Official Supplier of Clothing and Footwear Technology to the Brawn GP Formula One Team. Henri Lloyd’s 45 plus years of expertise in fabric development, product development and garment design has been applied to Brawn GP’s team clothing for the 2009 season to create a uniform which will be sympathetic to the various climactic environments the team will face during the Grand Prix calendar.
Henri Lloyd will also provide the team’s official merchandise range and the Henri Lloyd brand will appear on the Brawn GP car throughout the Formula One season.
Tony Morris, Head of Chafes Corporate & Commercial Department and who advised Henri Lloyd, said: “This new commercial partnership is an exciting development for both parties and we are delighted to have advised Henri Lloyd and to have negotiated and finalised the agreements in time for the first race of the new Formula One season in Melbourne.”
