LEGAL FIRM PROVIDES PODCAST GUIDE TO MOVING HOUSE

South Manchester based Chafes solicitors is helping clients through the process of moving home with its online audio guide to conveyancing. The series of podcasts which can be found and downloaded from www.chafes.co.uk/podcasts_login have been created to provide a step by step guide to moving house.
Gail Carberry, a conveyancing solicitor who is based at the firm’s Wilmslow office says: “Moving house is one of the most stressful events in a person’s life and often people get intimidated and overwhelmed by all the information and procedure that is involved. The podcasts provide a simple guide to what is involved at each stage of the process such as putting your house on the market and looking for another house.
“As well as a break down of the legal process involved in a conveyancing transaction, the podcasts explain what things a home mover should be aware of. Other areas also covered include information about the issues involved with buying off plan and re-mortgaging your house.”
The firm has created the podcasts as an innovative way of providing helpful information for its clients. To access the podcasts users just need to submit their name and email address and then they can either listen to the audio guides through their PCs or Macs or download them onto an MP3/4 player.
