BUSINESSES CAN GAIN MORE FROM CHAFES

The Business Services team at Chafes has been strengthened by the recent appointment of an experienced commercial employment lawyer, Adam Quirke.
Having a national law firm background, he has extensive experience of delivering employment advisory solutions to commercial clients in a broad range of contexts. Adam’s experience, although broad-based, has a strong company commercial focus.
Managing Partner, Jon Roberts commented, “We are excited about Adam’s appointment and the experience in employment law that he brings to the firm. The areas he will advise our business clients on include: TUPE, contracts, employee terminations, grievance & disciplinary issues, employment tribunal claims; breach of confidentiality and restraint of trade issues.”
Adam, who joined the firm at the end of February says, “Chafes has a business services team made up of personnel with city pedigrees and the expertise required to meet the full range of a typical commercial client’s needs. I look forward to building relationships with Chafes’ existing business clients and being instrumental in introducing what Chafes can offer new clients.”
