At Chafes we realise that family problems are never straightforward.  Our aim is to provide simple solutions that will ensure the best outcome for you.

We deal with all aspects of family and matrimonial matters including divorce, financial arrangements following marriage breakdown, financial arrangements for unmarried couples, national and international children matters, care & adoption proceedings, domestic violence.

We realise that each family is different and we will work with you to resolve the issues that you may be facing.

Our family team is headed by Pete Littlewood BA(Hons) who is a member of Law Society Children Panel and an Advanced Member of Law Society Family Panel. Pete is also an Accredited Specialist in the areas of Children Law (private), Advocacy, Financial Provision and Domestic Abuse.

All of our Solicitors are members of Resolution which adopts a non confrontation approach in resolving family matters. Some of our solicitors are also trained in collaborative family law.
