If you are considering separation, it is essential that the arrangements for your children’s future care and upbringing are discussed.

We can help to negotiate arrangements for contact between a child and parents that have separated.  If it is not possible to reach an agreement we can represent you in any court proceedings that may be necessary.

We can also advise you in relation to claims for child maintenance or any difficulties that you may be experiencing by the Child Support Agency (now known as the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Comission)

If a child is either wrongfully removed from this country or wrongfully retained in another country against your wishes we can give advice as to your rights in this area of law.  This is governed by the Hague Convention for recovery of that child.
